As a Kilwins franchisee, the New Store Opening Marketing Package can be purchased using the form below. You also have the option to add additional marketing support to further boost your launch.
Consistently investing in local store marketing is one of the most effective ways to drive traffic, increase sales, and build brand awareness in your community.
To get started, simply complete the form and submit payment. Once that’s done, we’ll handle everything — we already have approved brand creative assets ready to go. As your opening date approaches, we’ll coordinate with the Kilwins marketing team to ensure everything is timed just right.
The New Store Opening Marketing Package includes 2 months of Facebook/Instagram Ads, 1 month of Facebook/Instagram Ads to get sign-ups for your My Kilwins Club database, 3,000 residential postcards mailed, and a Grand Opening Event promotional ad on Facebook for 7 days. Details as follows for each included program.
FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM ADS
Creative: Coming Soon/Now Open

Estimated Impressions: 200k – 300k Impressions (or “eyeballs” on your ad)
Estimated Clicks: 2,000 – 3,000
Targeting: Users within 1-3 miles of your location on Facebook and Instagram
Creative: Coming Soon and then Now Open when the store opens
Timing: 60 Days in total which includes 7 Days of Coming Soon changing over to Now Open the day of your soft opening
Clicks: When consumers click on the ad, they will be directed to your location page on the Kilwins website
FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM ADS
Creative: Sign Up for My Kilwins Club

Estimated Impressions: 80k – 120k Impressions (or “eyeballs” on your ad)
Estimated Clicks: 600 – 1,000
Targeting: Users within 1-3 miles of your location on Facebook and Instagram
Creative: Sign Up for My Kilwins Club
Timing: 30 Days – ads will run 30 days before your Coming Soon ads start. If timing doesn’t allow, we will alter scheduling of ads to not compete with Coming Soon/Now Open
Clicks: When consumers click on the ad, they will be directed to the My Kilwins Club sign up page on the Kilwins website
RESIDENTIAL DIRECT MAIL
Reach: 3,000 households mailed
Targeting: Households within 5-10 minutes with household income $70k+ (may vary by location)
Creative: Now Open! (Choose 1 of 3 postcard offer sets from corporately approved art). Your location’s address will be added to the piece as well as an expiration date for offers that is 6 weeks long. Offers are shown in the example art from the Kilwins marketing team
Timing: ~2 Weeks after your opening
Optional (see below): You may buy additional mailers on top of the package amount when filling out the form below.
FACEBOOK GRAND OPENING EVENT BOOST
Creative: Grand Opening Event

Estimated Clicks: 250 – 500
Targeting: Users within 1-3 miles of your location on Facebook and Instagram
Creative: Grand Opening Event hosted on your local Kilwins Facebook page
Timing: 7 Days leading up to the Grand Opening Event at your store
Clicks: When consumers click on the ad, they will be directed to an event page on Facebook for the Grand Opening Event where they can learn more and sign up to attend
