How We Solved It
We routinely deal with franchised groups and quickly organized marketing efforts for the client. We turned the one brand into multiple mini-clients, managed each individual project correspondence, payment collection, and product proofing and execution. This allowed the VP to stick to high level tasks and also increased franchisee satisfaction.
