A niche restaurant brand was quickly growing and needed to better understand guests.

How it Impacted Their Business

We took possession of Eclub and POS data from the client.  The data was combined with our consumer data sets, analysis was performed and the brand was given guest segments based on purchase behavior as well as demographics.  This powerful combination gave the brand direction for retention as well as new guest prospecting.

How We Solved It

We have access to 16 million businesses nationwide. Through this data, we created a profile of the most common banquet customer based on past bookings and provided the brand with look-a-likes in the same proximity to the restaurant resulting in a larger pipeline and more sales.
