The data was combined with our consumer data sets, analysis was performed and the brand was given guest segments based on purchase behavior as well as demographics. This powerful combination gave the brand direction for retention as well as new guest prospecting.

We have access to 16 million businesses nationwide. Through this data, we created a profile of the most common banquet customer based on past bookings and provided the brand with look-a-likes in the same proximity to the restaurant resulting in a larger pipeline and more sales.
